EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

LIR's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a holistic and needs-based health promotion program for companies and their employees. Its aim is to raise awareness and promote the mental health and resilience of employees in a sustainable and evidence-based manner.

By answering questions in an online resilience screening, employees have the opportunity to measure their current stress levels and personal resilience and can  take advantage of further health promotion counseling services based on the stepped care approach. All offers are face-to-face or online.

All measures, screening results or counseling matters of employees remain confidential and are not shared with employers.

CURRENT OF THE EAP

  1. The topic of resilience is introduced to employees and managers internally and in a practical manner by means of a keynote speech, and the course of the program is explained to the participants.

  2. The online resilience screening is activated for employees and can be taken up voluntarily.

  3. Employees report to the LIR for an initial consultation if the screening recommends further counseling.

  4. Employees are given access to further services at the LIR and can thus strengthen their resilience.

TAILOR-MADE OFFER

In addition, there is the possibility of developing workshops specifically tailored to your requirements and wishes and your target groups.

These may include:

  • executives

  • multipliers

  • specific professional fields and areas or groups of employees

  • groups with specific stressors
